05 Nights 06 Days Darjeeling, Kalimpong & Gangtok
Day 01
NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport - Darjeeling
Meet and greet on arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / Bagdogra International Airport and transfer to Darjeeling (6,950 ft). On arrival, check in to the hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Day 02
Darjeeling Full Day Sightseeing with Tiger Hill
Early morning (04:00 A.M.), visit Tiger Hill (subject to availability of permit/token) and then return to the hotel. After breakfast, starting at 08:30 A.M., visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (closed on Thursdays), Tenzing Rock, Ropeway, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Centre (closed on Sundays), Tea Garden (outer view), and Japanese Temple. The evening is free for shopping or leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Day 03
Darjeeling - Kalimpong - Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, transfer to Kalimpong (4,091 ft / 55 km / 2½ hrs). On arrival, check in to your hotel. In the afternoon, enjoy a half-day tour of Kalimpong, visiting Mangal Dham, Deolo Hill, Golf Course, Durpin Dara Hills, and Pine View Nursery (closed on Sundays). Overnight stay at Kalimpong.
Day 04
Kalimpong - Gangtok - Half Day Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, transfer to Gangtok (5,500 ft / 78 km / 3 hrs). On arrival, check in to your hotel. After that, enjoy a half-day Gangtok city tour, visiting the Flower Show, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre (closed on Sundays and on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month), Institute of Tibetology (closed on Sundays), Dro-dul Chorten, Gonjang Monastery, and Banjakhri Falls (maximum 3–4 hours). Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 05
Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir
After breakfast, start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,400 ft / 37 km / 2 hrs from Gangtok) and then continue to Baba Mandir (13,200 ft / 16 km / 1 hr from Tsomgo Lake). In the evening, return to Gangtok. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 06
Gangtok - NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and take departure transfers to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / Bagdogra International Airport for your onward journey.
